Default Saturated or peak and hold? gt28rs turbo on b18c1

Ive got a gt28rs turbo and fmic (xs engeneering kit) on the way for my 99 gsr. All stock internals so im gonna run 7-8psi but i need to know which injectors to get. The optional fuel kit was for 540cc but a local tuner told me to get 800cc. Is there a disadvantage to having to large injectors? Also what is the difference in saturated vs peak and hold. If cost wasn't a factor which is better or does it depend on the setup. Hope someone can fill in the blanks I need to order my fuel **** asap my turbo will be here on the 16th.

peak and hold use a resistor box and saturated dont. 880 and 1000 are peak and hold.

the only reason people tell you to go with bigger injectors is so that you wont max them out. You might as well they all cost the same.
