500 bucks to spend on speed whats the best option
i have 95 prelude with the f22a1 i have all the bolt ons except pulleys and have been thinking about nos but i would rather have power thats there all the time is there any way i could frankenstien this engine?

you can buy a kit that you can control when the nos kicks in and shuts off like you could have it kick in at 2000rpms and shut off at 7000rpms so think about that

don't buy anything, save the money, save up some more, sell your engine for a bag of chips and get youself an H22A 
then you can munch on the chips while in VTEC

Get some juice it's great!!! I got 90k miles on my ride and it works great. stock everything but whats listed. Still need to try it at the track tho. Even after ya get the NoS ya still gotta get a purdge valve and a micro switch and install it. So it would come around 800$ for it.
For the most part I agree with everyone get an h22a bomb.

man i wasent saying for him to have it kick in at 2000rpms i was just using it as an example i wouldnt have it kick in till at least 4500-5000 rpms

Your best bet is too put that 500 towards an H22A swap if you want power thats there all the time....even consider a H23A, i bet you could get one for like 1k or something. The F22A is not a good platform to put money into if you ask me.
