im not going to be the first person to tell you to do a little searching.. I have been on this site for 2+yrs and havent asked a question before searching.. take the time and look at all the setups around .... there are alot of lsvtecs around that you can look at for ideas..

read all of these, then search for AT LEAST an hour, then come back when you have a real question.

envision is the man for being nice enough to search out info. a quick search of even recent threads should yield tonnes of info. this topic gets covered a few times a day.

when doing the swap, all i wil recommend is arp head (from gsr) and rod bolts, some higher compressions pistons (pr3s are cheap), ensure you have a vtec water and oil pump with a gsr timing belt. good luck.

my setup

GSR (JG fully built head)
B18A block LS= bigger displacement
SKUNK2 stage 3 Cams
CTR .25 over Pistons
Skunk2 IM
70mm bbk tb (port shaving on IM required)
310 RC injectors
AEM high flow fuel rail
ARP head bolts and rod bolts
Mugen 4-1 headers (2.5 inch collector)
P28 wit spoon chip

words of advice, take it to a pro to install, cuz when they mess up, its thier problem.
