Make it a GSR water pump and an OBD-2 oil pump.

It has a higher flow rate than the older oil pumps do.

Yeah, they'll be fine, but it would never hurt to have them cryo-treated or to have Swaintech coat them...or both.

cast pistons would fit your setup well for some reason forged pistons wear quicker than cast in N/A setups, so thats what i hear. as for cams if you want to go mild, stage 1 cams from skunk2 would be great they do not require a valvtrain up grade as for anything more agressive would require new retainers and springs. as for your bottom-end my friend is going with almost the exact same setup one thing that he emphasized is that a gsr main girdle kit would work great because it comes with a girde oil pump and windage tray

I dont really want that high of compression being its gonna be street driven as far as the girdle kit i dont wanna spend 600 on getting that thing installed.

word. skunk2 valves r garbage. they crack alot! havent heard too many bad things about the springs and retainers. inline pro makes great springs and retainers. we use them in most of our boosted cars that make over 500whp!

i would go with the BC stage IV cams

yeah i hear some bad stuff every once in awhile about skunk2's valve train products, i hear their retainers and springs are kickass. I have also heard that some high-horsepower running cars have reported the lobes chipping, but i dont know. i love their products, after all they do have the worlds fastest all motor import.
