I read trough a ton of these threads, but most were during warmup.
Specs:
B18c1
Skunk2 Intake Manifold (with stock GSR throttlebody
)
Pr3 Ecu
The Problem:
Whenever the car is at idle (warming up, and normal operating temperature) it can't seem to make up it's mind at what RPM to idle at. Example: At a stop light it will be idleing at 1100 or so, and and the next stop light at idle it could be around 6-800. I've tried adjusting the idle screw and cables. Could it be the fact that with this being a GSR throttle body in a 91 hatch causes weird curves in the throttle cable? It used to rub the hood, then I decided to vent the hood, but still no luck. TIA

thast a tough one bc it could be something like not a perfect seal for the manifold itself, which could be hard to isolate.
did you ever have a look at this, its pretty detailed:
http://www.ef-honda.com/ben/Badidle.php
my b16 is sometimes higher when i idle, but not quite as bad as what your describing.
another possibility could be alternator signal, maybe run a fresh piece of 4awg wire from the alternator to the fuse box under the hood?
just trying to make some cheap suggestions that i thought of that i havnt yet gotten to myself.
let us know if you turn up anything!
