i purchased a cometic thick HG for my y8 and when going to install it the rivots on it do not clear the deck

i called the shop i got it from and he said cometic only offerd one universal d15/d16 gasket

the rivots arent even close clearing over the deck like they should

anyone had this problem?

 

Don't hesitate to pick up the phone and call the manufacture.It may take a minute to get through to the tech department but it cuts through the assumptions the retailer may make. http://www.cometic.com/

yea i had the shop i orderd the gasket from send them an email and im just awaiting responce as we speak. The weird thing is they only listed one gasket for the d15/d16 and this was supossedly it pics below
