Default 1993 Ls

Im buying a 1993 Integra Ls motor off of a a friend at my job, I was told they wher OBD1 and Have a cable tranny. I own a 1992 Civic LX is this OBD1 or OBD2?The guy preety much has a complete longblock and i wanna use a b16 Hydro tranny will this just bolt right on and go in nice or will i have some type of complication.Please correct me if Im wrong but i can use my wiring harness correct, I just have to extend a few wires and such.Also can i use my 1.5 ecu?

YES ,the motor is obd 1 and so is your car.obd 2 did not start till 96.you can use the 1.5 computer but it will not run correct.the 92-95 ls computer plugs right up to your harness with no mods needed.and last you can use your harness.i am not sure if you need to extend anything though.good luck

The tranny will bolt up, but you'll need to invest in a new clutch disk.

Regarding the harness, the oil pressure sensor and IAT sensor wires need to be extended and the O2 sensor wires need to be relocated to the back of the engine bay.

KENDALL IS RIGHT ALL THE WAY.ALSO THE MOTOR MOUNTS NEED TO BE FROM A 94 AND UP INTEGRA.MAKE SURE TO GET THE REAR T BRACKET OUT OF THE INTEGRA.GOOD LUCK
