Default GSR brake conversion parts for EG coupe

Besides the rear GSR discs and control armsn' stuff, do I really need to have a proportioning valve and master cylinder? How important is it?

What about brake lines? Can I just use the stock EX brake lines or do I need to get GSR brake lines?

stock lines are fine, you need e brake cables as well. you dnt have to have the PPV, but is recommended. Master cylinder is also a option.

I'm also planning on doing this to my hatch this spring/summer. Isn't there a 15/16 MC from an earlier Civic that would bolt in without having to re-bend any hard lines to the MC?

if your car has drum brake in the rear originally, you'll need the rear brake lines off of the integra (or a disc brake civic)

thanks a lot for the info. It really helps. One other thing. I've found that most places do n't sell the brakes lines or the MC with the control arms and discs and calipers. How much did you guys pay for the MC and brake lines?

I believe if you use a master cylinder from a ls you won't have to bend the brake lines
