Default starter

how do you know if your starter is going? i just added a clutch and lightweight flywheel to my b16, it sounds REALLY low when i start the car up. is that cause the lighter flywheel? the guy that put it in when he went to bolt the tranny back on from the top he touched something with the tool and sparks flew, all the fuses and everything are good though. maybe nothings wrong and im being paranoid any info will help

i wonder why the guy didnt disconnec tthe batt in the first place. take your starter off and take it to autozone, they can test it. are you talking about your idle ?

maybe it is caused by that but i am not sure and its a good possibility that nothing is wrong. fuses are there for a reason and if they are good then everything is at least 99% good
