Emission
I have a '92 Civic HB with a B16A SiR II swap and I live in Virginia. Will have have a problem passing emissions? If so, what will help me pass? Some suggestions I have gotten from friends are tune-up, BG44K, and USDM ecu...TIA

I am a certified vehicle inspector in Texas and i dont know if it is the same there
but you could definitly try the tune up also try a fuel injection flush, not just the
gas tank treatment but a complete flush, if you dont have a cat. try to find one for
temp. use and if you have a vtec controller or fuel pressure regulator try to turn
down your fuel so that it wont run rich. On my sohc vtec turbo set-up with cat it
passes pretty good like that.
