If you're talking about the gasket between the manifold and the head, I'd check to make sure that it's actually the gasket that is leaking. They are metal, and I've reused them a number of times without ever experiencing a leak. That gasket really isn't the type of thing that would "wear out", so at most, you might just have to clean out any debris that might have been trapped between the layers. Out of curiosity, have you reused this current gasket a number of times?

Like the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I personaly would spend the $30.00 and do it right the first time.

this one has at least 15k and hasn't been reused. i'm 100% positive its leaking.. i've reused gaskets without leaks, but this time i'm running more hp too..

btw, honda b16 gasket from civic si should be same right? maybe i'll go with that, honda charges less than acura..

and.. does anyone knows the specs on exhaust bolts?? i think its 1.25 x 8mm but what lenght? and what about studs lenght?

yeah.. i found some for better price.. like 13-17 local.. but i just want to make sure hondas are same as acura.. there are 3 diffent numbers.. from 92si, 00si, and 00 integras.. i always see people swap headers, so i'd think gasket should be same?

So TodaSpeed, how come when I go to Autozone they try to sell me an MS941181 for my Si? That's what is listed on the Felpro website and your database. It's for the D-series engines...

What's the part no. for the Mr. Gasket piece?

I used them when i was building a motor for my DA integra a few years ago - they did not ******* fit, i threw them in the trash and got the correct (OEM) gaskets.
