Default help with slave cylinder please!

ok i put on the new slave and im bleeding it and everything is good , the clutch is getting stiffer etc, im doing this for about 15 minutes....and then when i think its done i keep pumping it just to make sure its stiff and the boot on the slave fills up with fluid and looks like its gonna blow up the more i pump it, so i have NO choice but to bleed again and again and it wont stop looking like its gonna explode....is the o ring gone bad in the new slave already?// please help thanks

you don't have to pump the clutch pedal to bleed it..
you just open the bleeder screw on the slave cylinder and let gravity do its thing.

Really? I understand it will drip out and ****, but I think pumping the clutch helps.

edit: To original poster....what was the problem?

The unit was probably just a defect. You should be able to pump it thousands of times. Just imagine how many times you pump it over 200,000 miles of city driving. A good one should hold up.
