What ecu is in the 00' Accord w/ F23? Also, what needs to be done to run a Hondata S200 w/ boost?

I want to install a Hondata S200 w/ boost onto my 00' Accord non-vtec F23 manual transmission. What do I need to do to do this? Does anyone know? Thank you!

If your looking to go witha stand alone, the AEM EMS would be easier and cheaper in the long run. Trust me I looked at both and the AEM was def. a cheaper buy.

^^^ agreed

to run hondata convert to OBD1, and you will also need to convert to a 2-wire IACV

ems is like $1100

hondata is about $350, obd jumper harness $60, p28 ecu $150

even cheaper route is to get the obd harness, a socketed p28, and go with a free program like uberdata or crome.

I got my EMS for $900.

Your prices are right IF you don't want to do any tuning yourself. With the EMS you can plug it in and connect your laptop. Plus you can tune on the fly, which you can't do w/ hondata without the romulator addition. Also on the 6th gen accord w/ the EMS you avoid the hassle of wiring in a 2-wire IACV and fabriating a mount bracket for said IACV.

I am a Hondata dealer so that solves the delima as to what system I will be going with. haha Thank you for the input though. I too have used the AEM EMS and was not impressed with it for use on a Honda. If I were building a 1000 hp supra or something like that the EMS would be my only choice, but for the Acura/Honda application the Hondata is the only way in my humble opinion.

My specific question (that I did not convey) was what ecu and other mods would need to be used/done. That question has been answered. Thank you all for your help!
