HELP!!! what does this go to?

got my car together and i dont think it idles all that well what might my problems be? i have one nipple on this thing that is not conected too. can it be it.

charcoal canister. there should be a vacum line off your intake arm i think to connect to the nipple.

so i should conect it to my vacume manifold? would this mess up the idle?

that did not help my idle do i have to repin something in ecu when i do a b16a2 into a 94 hach? i think i remember reading something about that.

It should be connected to a purge valve that bolts to the back of the manifold and the purge valve should have another hose which goes to a nipple on the manifold.
