Default motor break in what oil??

whats the best oil to break in a motor with.

On frist start up, I run sae30. Once the motor is up to operating temp, I drain it and put in 10w-30.

Put atleast 1500 miles on it using non-synthec oil. Remember no trips to redline.

There is so much debate on how to properly break in an engine, trips to redline may actually be the best thing.

I agree

Whats the point in going easy on a fresh rebuild? I like to load up the motor to help seat the rings in real nice
