high compression head gasket worth the extra money?
bump b/c I'd like to know too
Edit: nice setup by the way. I'd like to do something like that but have no idea how much it would cost

I buy oem gaskets and remove the middle layer. Some people have run just one layer but I havent tried that yet. Never had any issues with sealing or leak....so I would say paying more for a gasket which is essentially the same thing is not worth it.

Buying a thinner gasket is better than milling since you can always go back to a stock gasket. Once a head is milled, there is no going back unless you get another head.
