Was there a USDM eg equipped with a swaybar from factory?

USDM EX/Si's both had front swaybars stock. The only eg model with a REAR swaybar was the Del Sol VTEC had a rear swaybar stock.
No clue about CDM though, hope this helps anyways.

The USDM EH3 (Si) came equipped with a front sway bar, but no rear.
