EG Rear - JDM lca vs USDM sway bar

EG Rear - JDM lca vs USDM sway bar
Hey,
I have a JDM spec EG sedan. I don't have a rear sway bar at the moment. So am planing to get a USDM 14mm EG/GSR rear sway bar with endlinks. I can't afford to get a subframe brace, so am going for a stock bar. Following is a pic of the rear LCA on my car:
And am planing to get one of following sway bars:
- Would these sway bars bolt-on directly with those endlinks without having to do any mods?
- Would those D-brackets fit on the subframe without mods?
- Is a 14mm bar worth it? Noticeable? Compared to no bar :D
