Default Turbo on RSX?

I heard that its not recomended to install turbo on the RSX and that they are better off all motor. Is this true??? Searched but found nothing. I may be getting an 05 type S soon and was wondering which way to go.

well its a nice naturally aspired motor. but it's preference man. there have been 34523452345 posts on this here, and on other forums. im sure you could find more than enough info. but the k20a3 is a more reliable boost motor.

sorry man. the lower compression ratio makes for more reliable.

lower compression does make it more reliable. better flow and real vtec on the k20a2 owns the base compression though.

better get a 9:1 pistons on a k20a2.

you could safely boost low psi on the k-series motor, but as stated above, it's reccomended to lower the CR. Depending how high you run, higher CR + Boost =

the k20a2/k20z responds pretty nicely to n/a mods. cai/rh/e/hondata and ur in the high 13's range. if all you care about is speed... then go turbo if you want, but if you want to keep the rsx as a balanced car, stay n/a. i doubt you'll be able to track w/ the turbo (not drag). like someone else said.. it's all preference man.

but if you want some pretty good rsx turbo v. n/a threads.. check out clubrsx
