Tuning engine up some...some info would be nice
Well i been having my 95 acura integra for almost a year....i've replaced the distributor with one of the king's distributor after the last 2 junk yards went out on me. Now i have the timing belt and the water pump which im thinking about buying the aem gears to go ahead and get out of the way while there doing that mess..I'm also going to do the spark plugs and clean out the k&n air filter. Also thinking about getting some of that engine cleaning stuff i forgot what the name was (CDR-2) i believe. Is there anything else i should change out while within the next weeks or so they will be taking most of the engine apart to put the new parts on it? If there is i wouldnt mind spending the money on the items before I actually give the car to a mechanic so start the work. Oh btw my Teg has about 178k miles on it. When i get that done i wanna get my driver leather seat patched up. Hmmm other then that if there's any comment or suggestions on what else i should do to it for major parts i would really enjoy the suggestions. Thanx.

Are you talking about sea-foam? I heard it's not the best thing to use on high mileage engines.
Fuel filter is another thing to change, maybe most of the gaskets on the head too.
