Default Motor build up(balancing question)

If I buy new forged rods, and a set of new ITR pistons. Will I have to have the bottom end balanced. Its on a B18B ls motor. Im building an LSVTEC setup that will rev no more than 8800. Do you guys think I need to send them off and have them balanced though?

Balancing is cheap, smart and effective. I would never install any rotating assembly without first having it balanced.
