Default more of.. is this welder good thread ! 87 AMP, 115 VOLT FLUX AND MIG WELDER

ok,... i'm cheap, not looking to start anther we make manifold company or anything like that. I do how ever want to fab my own charge pipes, a downpipe, maybe custom exhaust, and a roll cage.. but this would be for just 1 car, nothing nuts.

http://www.harborfreight.com/c...=6098

is the link to the welder... its under 200 bucks which is good for me, gas and 110/115 volt. All i would need is a good welding book(the one in the sticky) and some scrape metal to work with. Should this be good enough.. ?

the charge pipes where pips like

Exhaust Tubing, 180 Degree, Mandrel Bend, 2 1/2 in. Diameter, 3 3/4 in. Radius, 16-Gauge, Steel, Each.. from summit

Save a little more and get a millermatic 135. I have one. It's a great little welder. It will be worth the extra money.

The little millermatics are good, but the Hobart Handlers are cheaper. I think you guys that have the Millers would be impressed with the Hobarts, if you used one. They're just as good as the Miller machines...and more common in the workplace and in garages.. due to the better prices.

Do you think Jenson is among the top names in car audio?

In many cases you get what you pay for...in many, you don't even get that much.
