Default Need Help W/Oil Leak

I recently noticed this leak and it worries me, just began maybe a month ago. I want to know it is serious, how much it might be to fix it or if i can fix it myself. Any help in this matter is appreciated. TIA

OMG, I can't believe so many people read this thread and is going to let this poor soul order the wrong part

It's #8 in the picture, not #12!!!! It's commonly refer to as a cam seal as many but the correct name is cam end plug. It's a very common problem with the plug going bad on b-series motor.

you got it man.. any kind of gasket sealer works.. just be careful when tighten back the valve cover & cam seal cover bolts.. 7.2 ft.lbs. i believe. they will break so easily!
