Default Idle problems? no vacuum leak!!

My motor just starting idling funny when the rpm goes down below 1500. When I start it up its fine, then when it warms up and idles below 1500 the rev limiter starts to dip from 1300 to 900 rpm. I put honda bond on the tps sensor changed the throttle body gasket, checked all the hoses if there is any leak and there is none. No hissing noise and check for cracks or slits on the lines. Dont know what else it could be. It gets annoying when I am at the light and the motor revs up and down. I you have any Ideas or opinions that can help let me know, I appreciate it thanks.

Under your tb there should be two hoses hooked up to this sensor or block but what ever its called.. you need to unscrew those three bolts(10mm).. losen the coolant hoses and on the top of it there should be two more screws (phillips)that you'll have to losen.. Inside there should be a white plastic ball that has a line on each side that you will need a flat head to turn.. turn it as much as you can and put it back.. that should stop your idle from reving up and down.. if not then i dont now.. i'm having idle problems also but yeah.. give that a try.. lmk what happens.. hopefully this info helps..

also try cleaning the metal mesh screen on the IACV (two bolts to remove it) use a toothbruish and some carb cleaner and try to remove the carbon deposits.. that might also do the trick.

best of luck.
