Default Alaniz Tech Head Work

Hey,
I bought an alaniz tech head off a buddy of mine for $1,200. I was wondering if it was really an alaniz head, is there anyway I can tell it is or not? thank you

I believe Alaniz stamps his logo on to the heads he has worked on.

Shouldn't you think of posting a thread like this before you fork over $1200?

Well if it doesn't have the stamp on it, why not call Alaniz up and ask them if its even possible its one of their heads without a stamp on it. You'll get a more reliable answer through him.

not on some a lot of previous heads.
what i mean is, he only started stamping his heads somewhat recently.

edit: boostme, ask your friend for the flowchart alaniz provides with their heads.

some of his older heads r stamped with a dotted A and a # next to it so he could identify if he did the head or not. but if its really old then maybe not stamped.
