I have the Haynes repair manual for 90-93 tegs and dont know what Id do without it. Detailed instructions for anything you wanna know. Get it at amazon.
But if you dont, relieve pressure from the fuel system, at the fuel filter on firewall in engine bay.
Disconnect negative battery terminal
drain the tank and dump in your neighbors flower bed( I left enough gas in to get to a gas station)
remove all lines and electrical connections from tank.
I put a wood block on a jack and jacked it up to the tank.
loosen the two straps that hold the tank untill you can lift and remove them.
Drop the tank with the jack
Remove the fuel pump and replace with the new one, use common since its not that difficult.
You might want to have a friend position and hold the tank while you reinstall the straps, I did it by myself( balance it on the jack as you jack it up, pain in the ***)
Reinstall everything and start car
Check for leaks
Thats pretty much it, I hope I didnt leave anything out.
Its really not difficult

I reccomend buying new straps and bolts for your tank from acura. They are usually pretty rusty and non-cooperative. It cost like ~30 bucks for these parts and made the install smooth.
