Default Problem with throttle response.

What would cause the throttle response to be slow?I mean when I push the pedal the response of the engine is hesitant and them overrevs. It's like the engine revs are a second slower then my foot on the pedal. How do I fix.

Tighten your Throttle Cable, Its by the intake, there 2 nuts (10mm) i believe, lol whole car is 10mm but loosen 1 so that u can take up the tension, take it up so that when u pull on the cable up it moves slightly then moves the pulley u don't want it so tight that the pulley is getting pulled at idle. Mine was way off and noticed a difference in response when i tighten the cable.
