Default Do I have a bogging problem?

When I step on my throttle on neutral and just rev, it takes a while for it to go down to 800rpm again... kind of like 2 secs. is this normal?

You may have a sticky TB plate or throttle cable.

Does it do it when the engine is hot?

yes even when its warmed up.. should I clean the inside of the TB as well as the throttle cable? or spring for the throttle cable pulley?
