Hey everyone.I've got an 89 rex with a poorman's type R.A y1lsd tranny w/ ACT clutch and im using an Fmax mani/turbo/intercooler from a GSR kit.My fuel supply right now consists of a NOS inline fuel pump.Its got a skunk 2 intake manifold,cam gears,and gsr cams.What parts do i need if i plan on boosting around 10-12 psi?Im trying to aim for around 300whp on the stock bottom end.Is that reachable?What do i need to get there?Thanks...

You will also need a fmu and larger injectors.
Or you can go the other route (better route) and buy larger injectors,and a programable engine management system like hondata or a dfi.The latter of the two costs more but is more reliable and will produce more power.

I would recommend the Zdyne route and I doubt the stock bottom end of the D16 will handle 300WHP. Unless you really control the fuel management I would do anymore than 8 psi on stock internals. I know people doing 11 psi, but they are tuned really rich.

Sorry...i should've went a bit more in depth on my setup.The block is a GSR 1.8 with a b16 head.The distributor and ecu will be obd-1 using a conversion kit.I dont know what size injectors to get because im hopefully planning for 12 psi on race gas.Also i think my buddy is giving me his Vortech FMU...and i'd love for a standalone/programmable ecu soon....but everyone praises on system and disses the other-IM CONFUSED?Thanks for the help though..
