Default Help with fuel system for $2002 Challenge turbo CRX

Hey guys,
As some of you might know, I'm building a DFH team car for the GrassRoots Motorsports $2002 Challenge. I need help from you FI guys about what I need to do with my fuel system. Here are the stats onthe car and the goals for the project:
Car: 86 CRX Si, 87 Integra D16A1 DOHC, 7k rpm redline, Integra trans, hubs, 4 wheel discs, ECU.
Turbo: Garrett T3, .48 trim, Large intercooler, Saab APC knock sensing boost control, internal wastegate.

We are allowed to run race gas at the event, so I am planning on running 10# of boost, which is right in the heart of the compressors highest efficency.
I need to get the right amount of fuel in the system.
I have a Vortech FMU, so I can put any disc in, and I can use any of the correct type (peak and hold or saturated, I forget which this is) of injectors.
Stock D16A1 injectors are 240cc, and I'm running a modified GSR fuel pump, and can add another in line if needed.

Here are my options: 12:1 FMU, stock injectors, which is what I plan to run on street gas at 6 psi. The problem is that my fuel pressure would be through the roof at 10 psi...not a good thing.

The other option that sounds better is to run larger injectors, a smaller FMU disc, and to drill the FPR to lower idle fuel pressure. DSM Automatic injectors will fit and are 350cc, but that may be too big. I've also heard that G4 prelude injectors are 310cc and the correct type for my old fuel injection system.

So the basic essence of my question is what injector and FMU plate would you suggest and why?

Thanks in advance!

I just found the formulas on the RC page, so I'm mulling over those, but would still like your ideas!

the 350s mihgt be a little much to control by only lowering the fuel pressures. With 310s in there you shouldnt have much of a problem idling by just lowering the idle and static fuel pressures way down. Then you could run about an 8:1 rise rate and have semi-sane fuel pressures.

I've found that the prelude injectors are indeed peak and hold and are 330cc. If anyone has them, please let me know. I think with a 8:1 disc and 25 psi base pressure I should be all set.
