235/60/15 M&H/ET streets (pictures on car)
does anyone have pictures of these tires on there cars? id like to see how big they actually look.im considering getting a set of one of these tires for this upcoming year. i currently run on 225/50/15 BFG drag radials (1.96-1.98 60' times) but after that traction is non existant till 3rd gear. so im looking for something with a little more stick.

lol. i have a set of bfg 235 60 15's on my car. they are absolutely huge. also, be sure that you have a good suspension, cause i ran mine with stock shocks for a bit and it cut into the outer edge of the tire.
i dont want to take a pic of it right now, cause the car is hideous.(no engine, no bumper on, no headlights, and 1 fender is dented where i kicked it in.)
there is a yellow itr from jersey running these tires..lemme find it..

ok guys thanks for the info,pictures,clips etc. i'll probably just end up getting another set of 225/50/15 BFG's.
sure would be nice if M&H made a 225/50/15(hint hint

Here you guys go,
Formula for finding height of tire:
(Width x Profile as decimal)2 + Rim Size = Height
Convert the width into inches- 235mm = 9.251 inches
Soo for a 235/60/15 you get;
(9.251" x .60)2 + 15" = H
(5.55)2 + 15 = H
11.1 + 15 = H
26.1 = H
235/60/15 = 26.1 inches tall
I don't think the tire is as tall as what the specs indicate. Most tires are that way. I think the MH is about 25" tall.
CAN'T WAIT FOR THE RADIAL, JOHN!!!

from the tirerack website under the BFG drag radials they have it listed as this(for the mathamaticlly impared
)
225/50/15= 23.9" tall
235/60/15= 26.1 tall
if the M&H's were 25" tall that would work for me, on the civic that Dturbocivic posted i dont think they look to big either,i really cant see the tire on the type R real well.
heres what im working with now, i know im gonna have to raise the car a little more since im really close as it is.

sorry for the huge pictures.
maybe im just not running the right tire pressure in them. how low can you run with M&H compared to an actual drag radial? the lowest i went with the radials was 12psi, i thought i read on BFG website not to go lower than this(12psi).

paul (yellow itr) had to raise his car up quite a bit to squeeze these under there. im looking for a set of slicks myself that i can fit without raising my car much. any suggestions?
