Default Civic Type R B16b JDM

Hey guys,
Recently I just accuired this car and looking forward to make some changes on the car. But i cant find much information regarding the b16b engine. I was looking to put a turbo, but most places have turbos for the b16a engine and not the b16b. Anyone here knows where i could find some turbos for the b16b engine ?Thanks in advance

Don't turbo it! Run the b16b N/A. That's what she's made for

if you were to boost it, i wouldn't push too much PSI unless you built it

CTR's are made with higher compression piston and better flowing yada yada yada just like the ITR so run it NA because thats what it was made to do.

If you are hell bent on boost buy a cheap hatch and an LS block and boost that. Save the CTR

Just buy a b16a and turbo it. Dont waste the extra money you'll spend on the b16b.

i recommend you not to boost a b16b unless you get low compression pistons. that motor was meant for all motor.

Don't boost a type R. You will replace all the parts that make it a type R to get it really kick *** under boost!

Ive got a B16B in my EK. I agree with most ppl so far. I wouldnt boost it. I dont plan on boosting mine. The CTR and ITR motors are hand built to run NA.

I'll trade you my LS-Turbo setup for your B16B

it's already low compression, and it's already boosted!!
