you have to remember that the greddy and other kits such as drag are different. Not only are you getting a good intercooler but you are also getting a bigger turbo. I believe that greddy kit that they sell for a 1.6 sohc comes with a t304e, while drags etc. come with a t3/t4oe. IMO the t3/t4 is better for the future. Is the intercooler worth it you may ask? I say HELL YEAH! Cooler air is better for the motor.

I say it depends on what type of power you want to make. I consider greddy a mild kit while drag is a more extreme kit.

the greddy kit wouldn't be carb legal. he is putting it on a 6th gen. greddy is supposed to come out w/ thoer new kits anyway soon and it sounds like your not gonna buy a turbo for awhile so just wait and see. and if you gonna go w/ any kit that is truly bolt on like greddy and comes w/ everything check out f-max. thats the ****. theres no need to buy anything else cause it comes w/ everything. go check out thier website or do a search. newbies ask which kit to go w/ all the time

Greddy sohc kits come with a TD40H-15G turbo.

greddy kits are not legal when you use the intercooler or open atmosphere BOV.

DRAG hands down. makes nearly 50whp more than greddy kits on average.
