I just had a headlight bulb and a few other bulbs replaced in my car. Basically what's happening is that now I'm noticing that the part on the side of my gearshift that lists the gears doesn't light up when my lights are on at night.

I've had the car for a little over 2 years, but I never paid any attention to this until 2 days after I had the other bulbs replaced, so I'm not even sure if it's supposed to be lit up. But because this part lit up on my old Accord, I would assume that it's supposed to light up.

Not really a problem due to the fact that I can see where I'm shifting on my instrument panel...but would like to know anyway if it should be lit, just due to the fact that I'm a little **** about my car.

Also...does anyone know if there are any recalls on the '03's? I know on the '02's there's a problem with the headlights, but mine are basically the same. Just wondering...
