Default cold air intake

hey guys......im looking for some easy instructions as to how i could make my own cold air intake for my civic..........i jsut want a short ram intake for look not for power if u guys could help me id be greatful

take the air box out and put a cone filer on the end of the pipe.... done.

Otherwise, get some exhaust piping bent to the shape you want and put a filter on that...

u could use pvc pipe it works great and keeps in cool

I just bought two cheap short rams, and then connected them in the center. Then just slap a cone filter on the end, and WALAH! You have yourself a cold-air-noisemaker, just like mine LOL

Actually you really can feel a difference. I just had to switch back to stock for smog, so I can really feel the difference between the two.

i had to change cold air back to the stock one feels faster mabye its just me?

I had to put my stock Civic one on my DOHC LS engine (for smog test), and it feels like my CRX is suffocating when I floor it. Now that I am back home I am putting the other intake back on.
