Default How to fix a wrinkled / warped door panel

Yes i searched but nothing that was helpful came up. My JDM ITR door panel is wrinkled on the arm rest. Seems that the sun made the pleather become unglued from the plastic backing. Has anyone fix this? I think i may have to remove the pleather inorder to repair it. The wrinkle is right behind the lower handle and the fabric insert. Help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT i love my title btw. hot=how

take it to an automotive upholstry shop....tell them to fix it for you.....can't cost too much.

Did you try to heat it up and stretch it back into place?

this is/was a common problem on Del Sol door panels. Might want to ask them, they might have a trick or two.

this was my first intention but it seems that the place where the wrinkle is was caused by a seperation of the plastic and the pleather. Meaning im not sure if just heating and stretching it out will work permanantly, you know?
