City lights... got a question.
I've search and read all the threads regarding city lights and I have a question. I'm guessing the lights stay on when you turn the headlights on, right? does it affect the headlights at all?

1) They are to be used in the city, where there are lots of street lights, when you may not actually need full headlights.
2) In some cities in Japan (Toyama, where my friends are) the drivers turn off their main lights when they come to a stop at an intersection. This way, they do not effect the visibility of the driver across the street. When they pass the first car, on the green, they turn their main lights back on.
They are NOT daytime driving lights.</TD></TR></TABLE>
he quoted that they arent daytime driving lights, my question is when exactly does this thing turn on, I have the CTR headlights and the sockets for the city light but I dont know where I should tap them coz I WANT THEM TO WORK EXACTLY HOW JDM ctr headlights work. Thanks!
