Default Where does this wire go?

I have a 98 civic hx and a 94 gsr motor in it.... About 8 inches off the firewall on the main wire harness is a thick white wire with just an eyelit at the end... Where does this go?

Thanks

it goes to the top of your alternator.

Boy I really don't think it will reach all the way to my alternator... I don't think its that long... Could it possibly go somewhere else? I think I have 2 different wires already going to my alternator. The eyelit is very small like maybe a quarter inch diameter....

Thanks

Not sure, but check your under the hood fuse box. I pretty sure there should be a white wire in there.

if it is a jdm motor, then you will have to extend, or just replace (suggested) the wire. one end goes to the top of the alternator and the other end goes to your fuse box. i think it is 6awg wire you need. apperntly you have to do this with jdm motors cause the fuse box and batt. are on the opposite side as usdm.

Well it went to the fuse box. Thanks guys for the help....

Swap is done and running after a long damn time. Now all I gotta do is replace the stripped oil plug and she's ready to roll.

Thanks
