With our new sleeves, you should not have any issues what-so-ever. There are a few things to consider.

1. Were the dowel pins checked to be sure they are not holind the head up?
2. When the copper wire was installed, did you make sure there was no overlap where the wire butts together?
3. Did you make sure your head was flat before installing everything? Also making sure there was no debris on the mating surfaces?
4. What headgasket, head and block combo are you using?

You say the oil looks milky and that the headgasket is wet. The only thing I can think that could cause that is improperly installed o-ring wire or the dowels holding the head up a bit.

All these factors can play a roll in the success of your block. Our blocks are 100% guaranteed not to have any problems, I stand behind that 110%

i said i was using a b18c1 complete motor yes it is a oem head gasket yes the copper wire was installed by ge this is the first time im' putting it togther head was checked for flat ness yes there was no debris on either one thanks as for the dowel pins i 'd have to look in to it but the head is sitting completely flat i'm not trying to talk trash on ge i just want to know whats up with my block so i can drive my car again thats all and yes after i ran the motor tell it go t up to temp to see if it would dry up then i drained the oil and it was milky so ive come to the conclusion thats it's mixing oil and antifreeze could the sleeves have sunk by chance ???????????

Don't take me the wrong way, I am on your side here. No need to get hostile with me. I just wanted to be sure that all the ducks are in a row before anything else. I can honestly say that since we started with the HD sleeve design and install, there has not been one instance of error anywhere. I just do see anything being wrong with your block, but I am willing to go through everything as much as I can with you to get this thing fired up and running again

Throw a can of stop leak in it and see if that will fix the problem. It has worked for others
