My alignment went whack because of pothole
Hey guys....I am freaking out....I have a 2000 Honda Civic and I just bought it like 6 months ago. Everything is fine but this happened....is it gonna cost alot to get an alignment....? Oh and also when I brake well when I let go of the brake it makes a slight whisltling noise???? My uncle says that it is my brake pads????? Help me out here?
call the local alignment shops around you for a quote. I live in colorado and alignment costs around 60 to 70 dollars, but it depends on the shop. Is your car stock height? if not, then when you call around, make sure the shops do alignment for cars that are dropped. also, about the brake pads, since you had it for 6 months, I dont see why the brake pads are worn, but who knows. Just jack up your car, take the wheel off and examine the pads for wear. good luck.
