How far will a chipped ecu take me?
its a slightly modded 92 b18a integra rs with I/H/E....ive got a guy who can chip my ecu and burn me uberdata onto it also....will i notice a diffrence with with a chip?i want a spare ECU so im just going to get it chiped with a tuning program burned onto it later..so is it worth the 130-150$??and i dont plan to stop at i/h/e,sitting on a set of itr internals and when thats lost its fun going LS-turbo....but back to the question will post any better numbers with a chiped ecu??-Greg

It all depends on what program is on the chip. You can have some crappy base-map on that chip that makes your car run like ****. The best would be to have the ECU chipped and then get it tuned on a dyno with Uberdata.
