Blown how to tell?

Here is my set-up
Amp - Audiobahn A8000T
Subs - 2 12" PowerBass subs 350 watts max 250 rms
i hooked up my friends sub to my amp and it works but when ever i try mine it doent make any noise at all, i think they are blown, is there any way to tell?

smell it. if it smells odd then most likely its gone. also try pushing the sub in a little bit, if it doesn't go in easy than thats another sign.

its kinda hard to push in and it smells but when i push it in it doesnt come out i have to push it from behind, so do u think its blown
