15" sub in integra?
oh yea i forgot 1 more question. if i can get a brahma 15" to fit in the integra, could that monster do body damage to the car?
im afraid of getting stuff like aftermarket exhaust or carbon fiber hood/lips, because i'm afraid the brahma would warp all of it to hell, or bend the steel parts in the car.
the amp i have already is a Directed Audio 1100D.
this stuff was all supposed to go in a mustang, but i dont have it anymore. i'm worried about this stuff damaging a car thats almsot a full 1000lbs lighter

As for installing the 15", that should not be a problem, with fiberglass and using the spare tire well, it will sit below the "hatch cover"

you dont think itll fit directly under the hatch cover? damn i dont wanna have to make a custom fiberglass enclosure and build it into the spare tire space.
can i upfire with a wide box ya think?

</TD></TR></TABLE>Yes more then likly, tegs have a lot of space in the hatch, and unless the sub needs a hell of a lot of volume, then it should not be a problem, I mentioned the tire well because, for best sound and security you need the box to be bolded into place, doing so makes it, [with a box for a 15"] impossable to get to the spare anyway, so why carry it, [and the jack] down there, and why waste the space, and there is a lot, also remember this, a 1/4" of fiberglass is about the same as 1" MDF and weighing less then 1/4 as much

yes you can. and with a 15 more than likely you will HAVE to. the design is called a "crx style box." designed sinch hatchbacks usually have less than 15 inches of vertical space where the hatch cover still fits on. especially if ported these boxes give good bass circulation, when the sub fires up you get cabin leak and ports fire in the rear.
I recently installed a 15 in my teg. you have about 14 in vertical where the hatch cover still opens freely. you dont want the cone hitting the hatch cover as well. my sub has 29mm xmax (excursion) and the brahma has like 33mm i believe so there is not a huge difference there so 14in will be fine. my box is large, 6 cu ft external includeing sub & port displacement. 25Lx33Wx14H or something close.

Of course you can fit a 15 in an Integra.
I remember back in the day (remember, I'm an old guy) I knew two guys with CRX's. One guy had four 15's in his, the other guy had two 18's. Of course, they were both just two seats and a sub box, but I have no doubt you can fit one 15 in an Integra.

LOL. I remember the days when I thought that was the thing to do. Seems like a long time ago now.

a friend of mine has a brahma in his car, and it rattled a spark plug out of his engine. so its not like the car will be unaffected by all that vibration. (his car is a 94 volvo...pretty solid, at least a bit more than an integra.)

I HIGHLY doubt that the sub did that. What led you to the conclusion that the sub caused the plug to fall out?
