um i plan on adding mugen mods and turbo charching it ... or would supercharger be better off becasue of no turbo lag? and i just want to find which motor would be stronger. oh and another question , i was wondering if a k20 type R motor would fit into it as well? becasue i wanted a k20

save your money and stick with the stock b18c. No other B-series or H-series is really worth the money compared to the extra (very small) output you get. If you want more power turbo it.

However, if the stock motor is going I would find a K20a2

And I also wouldn't waste your money on "mugen mods". They are terribly expensive and are more cosmetic than anything else

It sounds like you need to research this more. First, no LS motor is SOHC.
Second, the best engine choice out of the ones you listed is the JDM type R, but you could get just as good of times with a b18c1 with some mods. And, if you're planning on boosting down the road, you might as well stick with the b18c1. That's definitely the best platform for your plans. It's a great motor. All i can say is, search, you need to research alot.

if the b18c1 is in good shape, keep it and throw a nice turbo setup on there..
if you're looking for the "best" motor, then the JDM b18c5 is your best bet.. 210hp out of 1,797cc! ya cant beat that.. just dont start throwing stupid mods on that car or youll really ruin the beauty of probably one of the best stock motors ever produced. my final say is go boosted b18c1 and **** k-series motors. also, yes, ALL Integra LS motors are DOHC.
