Default Cam seal help

I just replaced my cam seals on my 00 prelude: (on timing belt side), timing belt, and the balance belt. Put it all back together and come to find out that more oil is leaking right around the intake cam seal, than befor i changed it. I did notice when i was putting it back together that the intake came seal was a little bit further away from the cam gear than the exhaust cam seal was. Didnt really think it was going to leak.. So i took it back apart and pushed it against the cam gear.. Well it still leaks. I used some silicone glue stuff really sticky it's brown, its not actual silicone when i put them in.. Is their different stuff that anybody recomends to use to help me out.. Appriciate it
