cam seal replacement
im gonna be repainting my valve cover this weekend, and while its off im wanting to replace my cam seal. i was just wondering what all is involved with replacing the cam seal. does anybody have a link to some instructions maybe. thanks

Not that hard. Just remove and replace. Take off cam gear, Pull out the old seal with any tool you find useful, compare with your new cam seal, use some motor oil on the surfaces for easy installation and slide on, might take some effort.
