I got the same problem right now on my 97 teg on the driver side too. but im doing a 98+ conversion and already got me a new set of headlights, so I ain't gonna waste my time on fixing it. Just take out the headlight cluster out, remove the lightbulbs and use an air compressor and blast air in it, then let it sit out in the sun to let the rest of the water evaporate, and if needed blast some more air in it.

Take the bulb out and hit it with a hair dryer until it's clear.

that's weird, same thing happened to me a while back too. condensation only on the driver's side. luckily my car was under warranty at the time and the dealership replaced it with a new one.

make sure the housing is completely free of moisture before it's resealed.

Bake it, clean it, reseal it, done. Search for baking your headlights.
