Default how to clean headlights

hi guys.
my headlights are a bit cloudy and foggy. how do i clean this?
i read online that you put it in an oven, open it and whipe the insides?
anyone got any suggestions and steps on how to clean them?

the only reason you'd need to open them up to clean them is if they have condensation on the inside, which resulted in making the inside dirty.
If it's just the outside, meguires makes some plastic polish stuff that works wonders.

To break the intermolecular bonds of the adhesive used in the joining of the headlight component and the lens.

heat gun. HIGH TEMP heat gun..

no just put the adhesive and it'll form a hardened mold.
