Default Del Sol V-TEC 1/4 Mile Time?

I've looked around and found 2 results but they are different. I've found 15.1 and 15.8.
You guy's have any idea on what the REAL time is for a 95 Honda Del Sol with a B16a g2?

Hoping for low to mid 15's. =X

-Thanks

You gotta be kidding me.. They weigh 400 pounds less than a Civic SI, which run 15.5's.. They have the same motor, same tranny.. everything.. *confused*

lol its ok casue your a newb, im guessing you just turned 16 but its cool, anywaythe 92-95 del sol VTEC should run between 15.5-16.0 bone stock...depends on driver basically, the temp, elevation, humidity....various factors like that, hope that answers your question

Eh, well.. I'd have almost a grand, give or take a little, to spend on the car so yeah I could have some modifications done.. Probably the basic bolt-ons..

And when you say 15.5.. What kind of weather are we talkin about?

I'd also like to take the hose off the flapper valve because that'd make it a little bit faster.. Since I think the b16a g2 has a dual stage intake manifold.. And maybe do something with the fuel pressure.. =\

edit :: dang.. all 5 posts eaten up already.. talk to you guys tommorow.

15.03@89mph is the fastest Ive seen with an unmodified motor. Go ask teamsolcal.com they should know who he is.

I wouldn't hope to go faster because you will just disapoint yourself. You will need to know how to drive good, and hope that your car was not beat to **** by you or somebody else. Don't set your hopes past 15.5 you will feel better if you get to that.

BTW you don't have "dual stage matifold with a flapper" as you like to call it. It's on GSR motor not b16. Don't mess with your fuel pressure, even with just bolts ons you won't gain much by messing with the fuel, and even if you wonna mess with your fuel delivery this is not really a good way to mess with it.
