use the one with the pump. Are you sure you really have a 1/4 tank left? Or is your fuel guage just off?

No it is not off. It was working fine 2 weeks ago before pump. So you use the little small one that it comes with

my crx would start fuel cutting around a little below 1/4 normal thing don't let gas run too low

There's an article on c-speed racing or somewhere else, i'll find it if you beg. check to make sure you got the tampon looking thing down far enough in the tank, you may not have installed it properly.

I used the pickup that came with the kit and I was running out before a quarter tank. Put the stock pick up back in, it worked for me.

yeah mine did that too. You really shouldn't be going below 1/4 tank of gas as the sediments dend to be picked up and clog a filter.

mine does the same, all new **** including tank and my engine sometimes sputters if I try and take it below 1/8 of a tank when revving out a gear

I always fill up way before then though, whenever I see a good gas deal, always have $100 in 20's in my car for races or gas

My CRX and my hatch did the same - I never went below 1/4 tank or it would run out of gas

My DA (90-93 teg) had the same problem with the walbro 255.
When I put one in my DC (94+) No more problems.

Never did figure it out. Both were installed properly.

what the deal is with the walbro's is that if you have a crx or ef civic the fuel pumps are longer and lower than the 92-95 eg civics, and so since the pump, if you are using a 92-95 civic walbro, cannot reach the bottom of the tank it will not pick up the remaining 1/4 tank of fuel. I have the same problem on my crx, i have a 92-95 civic walbro 255 intank pump in my car and when 1/4 tank comes my way my car boggs and stalls, very bad for the pump may I add. Maybe you didnt get the proper size pump for your car or whoever installed the pump didnt go a very accurate job. just my .02

later ... chris
